Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023 – Precious Jesus, You have graciously brought us through another week. We give you thanks for all the gifts you have blessed us with this week, for food, shelter and the beauty of Your creation. As we go into a new week, we are blessed to have a Father who longs to gather us as a hen gathers her brood under her wings. May we be gathered to receive again the gifts of absolution, Your Word, and even Your own Body and Blood, poured out for the forgiveness of our sins. May we take these gifts and be a blessing to those you have placed in our path. Let us do the good work of loving our neighbors that You have given us to do because You have first loved us. We commend all that we say and do to You Lord. Amen.
