Day 86: Feast of the Ascension, Thursday, May 25
Lord of the Church, we confess in the creeds that you ascended into heaven and will come again with glory to judge both the living and the dead. We have been recommitting ourselves to you during this 96 days of prayer. On this day, we commemorate your ascension and look forward to your return. Help us to live up to these commitments so that when you return, we shall be declared faithful and wise stewards of your gifts. Amen.
