Jesus’ incarnation secures for us life, forgiveness and healing
Sunday, Oct. 15, 2023 – O Almighty God, Heavenly Father, Who sent Your Son to be the light of the world in Whom is life and Whose light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it; just as You created light by Your speaking, so enlighten us with Your truth. We beseech You to hear our prayer and guide us according to Your will, that Your word would be a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our paths. Enable, direct, and empower us to be salt and light in this world, that Your truths would be known and proclaimed among us and that Your name would be glorified, through Jesus Christ, Your Son our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end. Amen.
