Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023 – Lord God, heavenly Father, Who controls the destiny of nations and of men, and abounds in love for those who acknowledge You as Creator, Redeemer, and Sanctifier: we beseech You to grant favorable economic conditions when it is time to build new worship and support facilities at Catalina Lutheran Church. We pray that the costs of supplies and labor will not increase to the point that it will be very challenging to build without incurring excessive debt, which we know You warn us about in Your Word. Yet, we also have heard and believe that all things are possible with You. Therefore, forgive us when we doubt Your gracious provision, and strengthen us in Your Promises. We ask this in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one true God, world without end. Amen.
